Facing the beach, our restaurant offers a tasty menu with seafood, grilled fish, meats, and vegetarian options. Embracing a laid-back vibe, we blend modern and Indonesian flavors with French culinary roots promising a culinary journey. Just good food and vibes.

The poolside lounge

The lounge area is between the infinity pool and the beach, allowing you to relax by the water and enjoy a snack, cocktail, or refreshment. It's an invitation to relax or engage in stimulating conversation.

The Beach Garden

Nestled between the beach and the restaurant, the Beach Garden offers a relaxed setting to enjoy your meal. Unwind by the sea in one of our charming beach huts or sip a cocktail and look at one of the best sunsets in Lombok. As night falls, it becomes an ideal spot for a romantic beachside dinner, creating memories to cherish.

I was born in the village of Batujai on June 1, 1994. I have a degree in Hotel Management and work in the hotel industry by vocation. My father, a chef, greatly inspired me to choose this path. I also studied at the Mataram Tourism Academy for three years (Diploma 3 Hotel Management).

I've worked for many hotels on Lombok since 2010.

I really started my hands-on learning at Novotel Lombok ( Western Food ); working at Oberoi Hotel, I discovered that it was possible to combine Western food with Indian, Indonesian, French, and Italian food.

At Pearl Of Trawangan, I discovered the cuisine of Eastern Indonesia. Finally, at Katamaran Hotel & Resort, I worked mainly on Italian cuisine, creating pasta and pizzas.

At the Wyndham Sundancer Resort, as chef de partie, I learned how to manage a team and create a menu from scratch to offer something new.

Today, I'm Chef at Segara Lombok, responsible for the entire menu, which is an incredible opportunity.

I love cooking because the kitchen is the central element of a home, which makes people feel at home, and I'll try to keep coming up with new things; there's always a challenge in cooking, especially when you want to combine cuisines from different parts of the world. 

If I had to summarize my specialty, it's a blend of Italian, Western, and Indonesian cuisine.
