Located on the enchanting Indonesian island of Lombok, overlooking the far eastern reaches of the Indian Ocean, the Segara Beach Resort is an oasis of tranquility and peace. The stay is accompanied by the rhythmic sound of waves breaking on the expansive beach, a “music” that accompanies every activity and lulls one to sleep. Lying under a bale, sipping one of the many wonderful mocktails on the menu, we observe the rocking of fishing boats anchored offshore for lobster fishing, and surfers riding the waves on the horizon, especially at dawn and sunset.
